Role Details:
As a Plant HR, you will be responsible for supporting HR functions and operations for our manufacturing unit in Jaipur. The key focus will be on compliance and HR operations.
Designation - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
Reporting - Associate Director - Human Resource
Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan
Responsibilities:
HR Compliance and Operations:
1.Assist in monitoring and controlling HR budgets.
2. Support in analyzing variance and implementing action plans.
Statutory Compliance:
1. Contribute to ensuring compliance with applicable statutes for the plant.
Talent Management:
1. Participate in recruitment, induction, and talent development initiatives.
Grievance Redressal & Discipline:
1. Support in addressing associates' grievances following guidelines.
2. Assist in maintaining discipline within the plant premises.
Employee Engagement:
1. Collaborate on the execution of a monthly employee engagement plan.
HR Routines, Processes & Systems:
1. Assist in ensuring timely payment of wages and related payments.
2. Adhere to HR Transformation, Payroll, and Systems guidelines.
Contract Labor Management:
1. Collaborate with contractors to improve manning and absenteeism.
Education Qualifications & Experience:
MBA-HR (full-time, 2016-2019 batch) from Tier 2 institutes.
2-4 years of relevant experience - Preferably Manufacturing
