Primary Responsibilities & Immediate Onboarding:
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Employ diverse sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent across job boards, social networks, and professional avenues.
Comprehensive Screening: Meticulously assess candidate qualifications, ensuring alignment with specific role prerequisites.
In-Depth Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews, evaluating competencies, experiences, and cultural fit within our esteemed organization.
Efficient Coordination: Manage interview schedules seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Reference Verification: Perform thorough background checks to validate the authenticity and credibility of candidates' credentials.
Spot Offers: Extend compelling job offers during walk-in interviews, ensuring immediate integration for selected candidates.
Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate a streamlined onboarding process, guiding new hires through paperwork, orientation, and initial training for a seamless integration into the company culture.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain updated candidate records and generate comprehensive recruitment reports for process enhancement.
Primary Requirements & Immediate Integration:
Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in English and Telugu are imperative for effective interaction and seamless engagement with diverse stakeholders.
Immediate Joining & Spot Offers: Walk-in interviews with spot offers available for suitable candidates, ensuring immediate integration into our dynamic team.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Post a successful 3-month probationary period, enjoy two Saturdays off monthly.
Long-Term Commitment: Seeking individuals dedicated to a minimum tenure of 2 years, contributing to our organizational growth.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a relevant field is highly valued.
Relevant Experience: Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in HR recruitment or related domains.
Essential Skills: Strong communication, organizational prowess, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems are imperative.
Adaptability & Integrity: Flexibility in responding to evolving needs and upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and confidentiality.
