Job Role - FPNA
Location - Mumbai (Andheri - Marol )
Age Criteria - Below 35 years
Experience - 1-2 Years Relevant work experinece
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FPNA):
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparent and accurate financial reporting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the development of budgets and forecasts in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide support to department heads in budget planning and tracking.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks, proposing risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with departments such as legal, operations, and human resources to ensure financial alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FPNA).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
