Job Description*
Skills
- Book purchase, sales invoice work, Mailing to Warehouse, as required to provide daily sales reports.
- Regularly checking and booking credit note & debit note, keep it accurate, real and timeliness.
- Booking monthly Debit note and credit note in SAP ERP
- Preparing Invoice as per PO, generate e-way bill and IRN.
- Excellent accounting and analytical skills and Ms- Excel proficient.
- Must handle all financial processes of the organization.
- To handle daily financial transactions and payments, online and offline monetary transactions (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS payments, Cheque Payments) Keeping track of financial transactions
- Following all the financial policies
- To manage data and assure not to leak.
- Providing management team with financial reports
Candidate Profile*
- Required: B.Com, Preferred: M.Com / MBA Finance, Age Less Than 32 years
- Advanced Excel and MS Power point
- Have good communication skills
- Minimum Experience- 1 Year
