Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Manager to join our team in the insurance broking industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling both the POSP (Point of Sale person) and Agency channels. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team effectively, and achieving business targets within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets through the POSPs.
Recruit, train, and onboard potential POSPs from the market
Lead, mentor, and motivate the POSPs to perform at their highest potential.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies within the sales operations.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to track performance metrics and assess sales effectiveness.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
