Jr. Quality Analyst ( hidden_mobile ) DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Jr. Quality Analyst for our established Hyderabad Global Shared Services Office. The Jr. QA Analyst position is that of a functional automation test. This person will work closely with the automation team in running and designing the scripts using automation tool. This is an established office, so part of the Jr.QA Analysts responsibilities will be to help both manual and automation team. Having both Manual and Automation experience. Able to understand the Automation framework and able to do design new modules and test data. Designing, developing, and supporting frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise. Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation. Working closely with manual team to understand the workflow. Review design specifications to ensure understanding of project. Identify test requirements from specifications and. design testing to ensure coverage of project. Develop, document, and maintain test cases including data, and scripts used. Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results. Identify any potential quality issues immediately report to manager. Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes. Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant QA technical experience in both Manual and Automation testing (Selenium mandatory and any other tool is preferable). Knowledge on different frameworks and should be able to execute or creating new scripts independently. Able to work for Manual testing and Automation testing. Working experience in Agile methodology, Webservice testing Proactively bringing issues and problems to the team attention; generating, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions to solve them. Ensure that all tests are executed and give regular feedback to the team lead on the status of quality. Communicate with development and project management. Being a good team member with ethics. Strong communication skills are required (oral and written). University degree. Software Quality Certification is expected to gain education/certification. Mandatory Skills: Experience in Web and Desktop application testing, knowledge of web services, database, Mobile testing. Experience in Selenium automation is preferred. Experience in Agile. Soft Skills : Ability to lead and motivate personnel. Strong organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
