The Work: You will be a part of the Ecosystem Sourcing Support team, supporting Accentures Ecosystem Support Services (AESS). The AESS mission is to help clients choose and buy third party technologies that support their business needs. You are going to work closely with Resell Clients, Solution Architects, Sales Enablement Teams and Strategic Technology Partners to manage end to end quote to cash resale business. (The Work, continued) "You will: Manage the overall order fulfillment process from client requirement gathering, quote creation, order processing, delivery tracking, invoice. processing and post delivery support. Work on various tools like SAP/HANA S4, ServiceNow etc. Provide customized information, reports, or other forms of support to client and stakeholders." Heres What You Need: " Graduate degree with 2 years industry experience in customer service and sales support. English language fluency (oral and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Any technology certification. " Bonus Points If You Have: " Knowledge of financial concepts " You May Also Need: " Must be flexibile with work hours according to shifting business needs. Must have a good internet connectivity
