In line with this, we are looking for enthusiastic and enterprising talents to add value in the Program Management Team for Vedanta Spark, to partner with start-ups and on-ground teams for high-impact projects and drive innovation in their respective businesses. Role Purpose: Lead the effort to grow and. expand Vedanta's collaborations with startups. Contribute to the development Vedanta Groups start-up ecosystem by sourcing world class, purpose fit startups. Expand the Open Innovation program. Key Responsibilities: Steer startup discovery cycle & devise strategies for enhanced outreach with start-ups and with BUs. Understand requirements of BU use cases & problem statements. Coordinate with BU in terms of creating challenge curation, project charter & business case document for each BUs. Gain an understanding of business needs, encourage, and help business and Spark/digital/Ops teams to translate them into use cases for startup partners. Enable inside out & outside-in innovation by sourcing world class start-ups which can solve challenges defined by Vedanta BUs or fit in the start-ups offering at the right BU. Find & enable new partnerships of academia, incubators, accelerators and other enterprise programs. Facilitate and participate in discussions with startups, business, and digital teams to select suitable startup partners and to ensure smooth pilot/project implementation. Organize hackathons, startup workshops at various sites of Vedanta BUs to source challenges & to increase start up engagement. Drive and maintain continuous engagements with key startups. Ideal Experience: Graduation/ Masters degree (MBA) with 12+ years of experience Project / Programme Management experience Strong leadership skills Good networking skills, problem solving ability, quick learner, collaborative skills. Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills
