Assistant Manager- Project Finance @ Renew

Job Description

• Providing end-to-end solutions related to all aspects of the project finance under the guidance and support of assigned team leader.
• Preparation, review and update of Financial Models.
• Preparing teasers, presentations, and information memorandum for internal and external requirements.
• Review and negotiation of term sheets with lenders.
• Review of all financing documents and overall coordination for execution of the same.
• Review of EPC and OM term sheets.
• Supporting lenders and advisors for due diligence requirements.
• Responsible for coordinating with all parties involved in the development of the project including, finance, legal, and technical elements.
• Lender Compliance (DSCR calculations, CPs, and other requirements)
• Dealing with external parties (i.e. Lenders, Advisors, LIA, LTA) to review reports.
• Ensuring timely servicing of the debt and processing of all invoices related to lenders consultants
• Coordination with internal departments to keep track of project progress and take
  action.
• Preparing annual budgets related to our functions and provide information related to allocated portfolio for various in-house exercises.
• Business study and research of peer groups. Person should be well aware about latest industry trends and practices.
• Macroeconomic research including forex, interest rates, swap rates, and inflation rates.
• Occasional business trips.
