Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in a senior-level HR role
Strong understanding of HR best practices
Experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including talent management, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and employee engagement.
Worked for Australia and Singapore region is a plus.
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
