APAC HR Professionals - Hyderabad @ ACS Solutions

• Develop and implement HR programs, processes, and policies for the APAC region.
• Partner with business leaders to provide support in all areas of HR.
• Collaborate with global HR teams on specific projects.
• Support managers in the expansion, integration, and alignment efforts for APAC
• Assist the global COE in designing and developing change initiatives, programs, or interventions.
• Work with the global compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive positioning for APAC.
• Enable business decisions in terms of investments in people for employee motivation and internal employer branding.
• Devise ring fencing plans for the business groups to control hi-potential retention.
• Manage legal and statutory requirements.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in a senior-level HR role

Strong understanding of HR best practices

Experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including talent management, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and employee engagement.

Worked for Australia and Singapore region is a plus.

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
