Job Description
Overview: As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the human resources department, contributing to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
