Urgent requirements for Leading Manufacturing Company for Vadodara (Gujarat) Location.

Head- IR (Industrial Relations)

Location- Vadodara (Gujarat)

Salary Up to 35.00 LPA.

Experience- Minimum 20 to 25 Years

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations.

Age Limit: 40 & above years. (Preferable Gujarati candidate)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire IR activities of PAN India plants.
• Implementation of IR policies and maintaining the same as per organizational needs.
• Strategic IR Planning & Budgeting
• Contract labour management,
• Regular coordination with the CHRO and top management to implement the plan.
• Adherence to statutory compliances as per the industrial Act.
• Liaise with labour unions, local administrative bodies, external Agencies as and when required
• Maintain a healthy relationship with HODs & all plant employees
• Maintain disciplinary standards at all plants, Understanding and control on Legal matters.
• Manpower Planning and Recruitment, Manpower Consumption Analysis & Control.
• Knowledge of Payroll Process
• Performance Management/ Cost Analysis
• Training & Development for staff & direct manpower.
• Employee Welfare / Engagement
• MIS and Report generation Regular feedback the CHRO and Top Management
• Being a bridge between Labour and Management.
• Knowledge and experience in handling strikes.
• Developing a feedback mechanism to understand critical labour issues.
• Vigilance on unethical practices
• Experience and ability in handing manpower demand fluctuations.
• Handling initiatives like MEEM NAPS to avail government incentives.
• Taking action on detractive workers.
