Hiring Business HR experienced in Employee Relations (BPO experience is preferred)

Job Location - Delhi

5 days working 

Candidate should be in Delhi NCR and must experienced into Employee Relations, Employee engagement, Attrition Management, Exit Interviews.

Perks: Night Shift, 5 Days Working, health & life insurance.

Required Experience - 1+ yrs in BHR

Desired Skill Set & Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills
• BPO/KPO domain experience.
• Handling employees grievances and attrition management.
• Creating of appointment letter, confirmation letter, experience letter.
• Knowledge on creating warning letter.
• Carry out background check and documentation verification of new joiners
• Conducting employee engagement activities.
• Updating and maintenance of Master data.

Note - Candidates worked with BPO/KPO industry for employee relations will be preferred

Male candidates will be preferred.
