Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at Muthoot FinCorp in Patna. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, and exploring and expanding business opportunities. in the assigned territory. The role involves regular interaction with customers and effective communication with internal stakeholders. Qualifications Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive results Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and having local market experiance. Understanding of financial products, specifically those related to wealth like Mutual Funds, insurance,Secured & unsecured loans ,FD etc. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields Prior minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred Relevant certifications such as NISM, NCFM, AMFI, or IRDAI would be beneficial for the role
