Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Motihari for a Manager Last Mile at Delhivery Limited. The Manager Last Mile will be responsible for handling both Last Mile DC operations, coaching and training a team of associates, improving delivery performance, and managing budgets and costs associated with transportation. Qualifications At least 5-7 years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, distribution or supply chain management Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is required, and a Master's degree or an MBA is preferred Demonstrated experience in managing a team and drive performance, collaborating with. cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements Experience with last mile transportation and logistics operations and knowledge of regulatory compliance associated with transportation and logistics is desirable Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies and tactics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders and customers Prior experience working in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment is preferred.
