Position Area: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job responsibilities:

1. Drive recruitment through an effective source mix within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography
2. Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like college campuses, government skill development agencies, employment, Employment, etc
3. Manage all recruitment-related compliances, including Background, Verification, and Audit responses
4. Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline
5. Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure completion within SLA
6. Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority in the respective Area
7. Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals
8. Ensure proper engagement of candidates during the pre-onboarding phase for a better employee experience.
