 HR and Admin Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and
    onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records including attendance leaves and performance evaluations.
  • Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage employee relations and address grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and
    regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies coordinating travel
    arrangements and maintaining office equipment.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage office correspondence including emails letters and packages.
  • Oversee the general operation of the office including facilities management and
    maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings appointments and conferences both internally and externally.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.

 

Education/Experience

 

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor&rsquo s degree in human resources management Business Administration B.com OR
    a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR and Admin Executive or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Familiarity with MS Office application.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Certification in HR management will be a plus.
