Roles and Responsibilities
- Patient Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking international patients, providing comprehensive support from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
- Translation Services: Provide accurate and culturally sensitive translation of medical documents, reports, consent forms, and other relevant communication between French-speaking patients and medical staff.
- Coordination of Services: Facilitate seamless coordination of appointments, admissions, discharges, and other logistical arrangements for French-speaking patients, ensuring a smooth patient journey.
- Cultural Liaison: Bridge cultural gaps and ensure effective communication by understanding and addressing the specific needs and expectations of French-speaking patients and their families.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, manage patient files, and assist with any administrative tasks related to international patient services.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by French-speaking patients, escalating complex matters to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Patient Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of French-speaking patients to ensure they receive the highest quality of care and understand all aspects of their treatment plan.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in French & English
- Proven experience in providing interpretation and translation services
