Domain: Web and Graphics Duration: 3 Months Job Location: Aundh, Pune No Of Positions : 2 Posted Date : 21, Mar 2024 Qualification & Experience: Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS). Knowledge of user research, wireframing, and prototyping. Soft skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, communication. Job Responsibilities: Create detailed wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to define the structure, layout, and flow of web applications and websites. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into wireframes and prototypes. Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to refine and improve the wireframes and prototypes. Design visually appealing and user-friendly user interfaces (UI. for web applications and websites using Figma. Adhere to established design systems, brand guidelines, and best practices for consistency and usability. Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for developers. Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Apply user-centered design principles and methodologies to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Conduct user research, analyze user behavior data, and incorporate findings into the design process. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and usability testing. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers and to ensure design alignment and effective implementation. Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions to team members. Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to other designers. Skills & Abilities: Technical: Design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch), basic front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS), prototyping tools. Design: Wireframing, mockups, user research, interaction design.
