Job Description: Assistant / Deputy Manager - Project Management Position Overview As an Assistant / Deputy Manager - Project Management at Sansera Engineering, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing various projects to ensure successful outcomes. You will be responsible for managing project deliverables, coordinating project teams, and ensuring that projects are completed within time and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Create comprehensive project plans by determining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget requirements. Assign tasks to project team members and ensure adherence to project plans. Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them. . Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Team Coordination and Leadership: Supervise and guide project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination among team members. Delegate tasks and responsibilities, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development. Encourage a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments. Identify and address stakeholder needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Manage stakeholder expectations by providing accurate project status updates and addressing any issues or queries. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Ensure all project activities conform to established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. Monitor project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to avoid potential setbacks. Conduct quality control audits to verify project deliverables meet the required specifications. Implement best practices and lessons learned from past projects to continuously improve project management processes. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A PMP certification is highly desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Proficient in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
