Preparing monthly plans of business and implementing them for achievement of desired performance. To generate new business in the field of non-motor Insurance. Ensure sustainable growth of cross vertical business. Lead generation through SME and Corporate visits. Qualifications Strong knowledge of corporate and broking processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work well in a team Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Relevant certification or degree in finance, insurance, or related field Prior experience in the. insurance industry is a plus
