MANAGER-ANALYTICAL for THANE LOCATION Designation : Scientist Experience : 6 years to 8 years Education : M.Sc lifeScience/ Equivalent Work Location : Thane KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS 1. Mass Spectrometry-Based analysis of inhouse and Auri-signum-related samples. 2. Development of orthogonal RP-HPLC method for Insulin Aspart 3. Analytical method validation 4. Analytical Method development for other identified molecules JOB DESCRIPTION Developing Methods and analysing samples on LC-MS Performing Analytical method Qualification and Validation. Writing Method validation protocols. Performing experiments, interpretation and reporting the results of the analysis. Analytical support to USP/ CC/DS department samples for process development. Analytical methods development for recombinant proteins and peptides. Characterization of recombinant proteins with respect to Biosimilarity. Ordering of reagents and Instruments. Documentation. like SOP Preparation, Method qualification report, Method validation protocol and report preparation for regulatory submission. 10. Instrument calibrations, qualifications and maintenance of analytical instruments. 11.Tech transfer to Pondicherry TECHNICAL COMPETENCY a) Hands-on operation of LC-MS systems involving planning of experiments, interpretation and conclusion. Maintenance and Qualification of LC-MS system. b) Expertise in Analytical Method Development and Validation. c) Expertise in establishing Biosimilarity and planning experiments related to same d) Writing scientific documents or reports and presentation of data BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCY I. Competency to manage a Team of 3 - 5 members II. Excellent Communication Skills III. Problem-Solving Attitude
