Role Description Facilitate and strive to achieve the sales target and forecast aggressively along with customer service management. Attend to all walk-in customers efficiently, explain the project in detail and be able to answer all customer queries. Be able to successfully deal with customer negotiations and close the deal. Convince customers about various features of the project and be able to help in decision making. Must Have Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience & understanding of Ultra luxurious real estate sales is must. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in Negotiation & Closing. Self-Motivated & driven by Targets. Market Analysis & Data Management. Strong convincing power & maintain client relations. Positive and effective Sales Presentation Skill. Experience : 01 to 04 Years Luxury Sales in Real Estate
