Were seeking a Product Partner Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on expanding our network of HR technology partnerships. In this role, youll manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from identifying potential partners and negotiating agreements to overseeing integration and driving joint sales initiatives.

Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing our products value and reaching new markets. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in partnership management within a SaaS environment, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Process and prioritize inbound inquiries from HRTech providers
• Finalize commercial agreements and manage partner onboarding
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of integrations
• Set lead generation goals with partners and establish incentives
• Work with the Product team to identify valuable integrations
• Act as the main point of contact for product partners
• Support partners with sales enablement and product positioning
• Train partner sales teams to encourage referrals
• Collaborate with Marketing to increase brands awareness and drive leads

Requirements and skills

• Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals
• Experience in SaaS or a strong interest in software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience building partner programs in a SaaS/Cloud environment
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and make autonomous decisions
• Strong presentation, project management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders towards a common goal
