Job Overview We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at Jain Software, a leading software development company. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our software applications. This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design. Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in. UI/UX design Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach Experience conducting user research and usability testing Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Roles And Responsibilities Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into design concepts Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback and continuously improve design Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs Ensure consistency and coherence of design across multiple platforms and devices Contribute to the development and maintenance of design guidelines and style standards
