Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and resort. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing financial performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality and ensuring the smooth operation of all departments. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven. ability to deliver exceptional customer service Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of financial management and budgeting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
