Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise security staff
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Coordinate with staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Create reports for management on security status
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• First aid and Emergency Procedures
• Surveillance of premises, protection of staff and property.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ex-Army Service Man preferred
• Proven experience as Security Supervisor or similar position
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Committed and reliable .
• Able to manage Vehicle Management System
• Warehouse Management
