The year was 2004, when the foundation of Ami Organics was laid, a partnership firm which was later converted into a company Ami Organics Limited in 2004, keeping in mind the future requirements of pharma industry. Ever since the beginning, we stride towards becoming a pharmaceutical intermediate manufacturing facility that gathers best of the chemical and pharmaceutical inventions by using state-of- the-art technologies and installations. Ami Organics Limited is committed to the health care industry by supporting the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical intermediate products. Built on a foundation of highly focused and research-driven healthcare facility, Ami Organics Limited firmly believes in extending the services to maximize the impact on the global pharmaceutical industry. Ami Organics Limited develops Advance Pharma Intermediates for Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (APIs) to serve as many people as possible.

Recently Ami Organics has acquired two manufacturing facilities of Gujarat Organics Limited situated at Ankleshwar and Jhagadia to strengthen & enhance its speciality and fine chemical portfolio to enter Agrochemical, Cosmetics & Polymer Industry. We are located in the western part of India in Gujarat state, with a strong market presence in more than 27 countries. Being an integrated supplier of Global Healthcare Products, Ami Organics Limited caters both, domestic and international market covering North & South America, Europe, and Asian Countries.

In the month of September 2021, the company launched its initial public offering and made a strong debut on BSE and NSE.

Facilities & Infrastructure

Ami Organics Limited is a diligently managed pharmaceutical company built with state-of-the-art fully GMP-compliant manufacturing unit at the manufacturing facility at Sachin, two multipurpose backward integrated manufacturing facilities in Ankleshwar and Jhagadia and we have set-up dedicated R&D laboratory in Surat, Gujarat, which is also supported by Analytical Development Laboratory in relation to developmental activities, freezing specifications and developing the method of analysis for finished products, in process intermediates, Key Starting Materials and raw materials. Ami Organics Limited has an experience of over 15 years of developing, manufacturing and commercialising advanced pharma intermediates used for manufacturing API and NCE in India and overseas. The Company has developed and commercialised over 450 pharma intermediates across 17 key therapeutic areas since inception and NCE, which are being supplied to over 150 customers in India and 25 countries overseas.

Research & Development

Ami organics Limited is one of the leading research driven based manufacturers of specialty chemicals with varied end usage, focused towards the development and manufacturing of Pharma Intermediates for regulated and generic active pharmaceutical ingredients and New Chemical Entities, having strong technical team. The company has dedicated in-house R&D centre approved by DSIR and has a specialized team of 66 people across various sections including R&D, regulatory affairs, quality control, quality assurance and analytical development laboratory. The ability to develop specialty intermediates by using the latest technologies is the key differentiating factor of our research team. Employing more than 65 R&D professionals of which 7 team members hold Ph.Ds and 39 team members hold a masters degree.

Having a large pool of scientists and engineers who have the potential to drive Ami Organics Limited ahead to a higher level, we cater to domestic and certain multi-national pharmaceutical companies which cater to the large and fast-growing markets of Europe, China, Japan, Israel, UK, Latin America and the USA. We supply the products to 25 countries and have long standing relationships with numerous domestic and global pharmaceutical companies. Specifically, we cater extensively to the large geographies of Italy, Finland, France and China with our manufacturing unit-1 located in Surat, unit-2 located in Ankleshwar, and unit-3 located in Jhagadia, Gujarat, India.
