Support and assist in end to end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing & screening
profiles, scheduling interviews and making job offers.
2. Smooth on-boarding of new joiners, conducting HR Induction, timely completion of HR documentation
and other on-boarding tasks.
3. Facilitate the probation evaluation and performance appraisals process.
4. Initiate new employee engagement activities and conduct them on quarterly basis.
5. Handle and manage employee grievances and feedback in timely and effective manner.
6. Be an advocate of HR policy and communicate the policy effectively with employees.
7. Monitor and track employee leaves, manage monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
8. Ensure timely response to queries raised to HR department and keep minimum turnaround time.
9. Maintain employee records, including personnel files, HRMS data, and other documentation, ensuring
accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
10. Carry out exit formalities and ensure smooth implementation of the separation process
11. Assist in new initiatives launched.
12. Handle day-to day HR operations and coordinate with admin & IT for the tasks assigned
