Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordination between site stores and client central store system. Coordination between

store and construction contractors. Site store stock updation.

Entry of material received at site in SAP system.Daily , weekly and monthly store stock

statement.

Preparation of store management plan. Planning of tools and man power required for

site material unloading and handling.

Additional Responsibilities:

Coordination with site store contractor. Responsible for safe storage of material.

Codification and identification of material.

Responsible to trace and identify the material in stock. Timely raising of minimum stock

inventory request.

Store material issuance as per the requisition. In and out entry and tally of the stock.

Accountable for stores material and its storage
