Role & responsibilities
Job purpose
- Training & Audit management of business in retail and D2C projects.
- To impart training and build capability of all program personnel. To provide skill and knowledge training to new hires to meet their Job Objectives to the fullest potential.
- To perform audits as per the process defined to check the adherence to defined standards.
- To drive the quality assurance process towards achieving industry standards quality benchmarks ensuring the best possible services are provided by the employees in their various deliverables
Duties and responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing and implementation of training of the employees enhancing their knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Conducting periodic training needs assessment / identification and upskilling the staff as per the given protocols.
- Collate subject matter and put together creating training content for the training needs identified and liaising with SMEs and Vendors.
- Coordinate with the centers/stores for synchrony of the training and audit activities.
- Conceptualize creative Training content, making the concept delivery trainee friendly.
- Preparing and managing MIS for Training and Audits with necessary analysis.
- Self-evaluating, continuously improving the quality metrics & training methodologies and delivery.
- Perform both physical visits to stores in multiple locations to conducting TNI, Audits and Training sessions.
- Perform transactional, operational, process and on-site audits.
- Liaise with various departments for necessary knowledge share and coordinated work Delivery.
Authorities:
- Relevant communication with the store staff for effective service delivery.
Represent teams work and impact achieved, profiling and performance report pertaining to Training and audit in the monthly review meetings.
Qualifications / Certifications:
- Education: MBA
- Experience: 5+ years of
Total Working Experience in Sales with 3+ years of experience in the Sales Training
- Professional Certifications desired: o Six sigma (Green / Black belt) o Certified master trainer o Certification in Behavioral, Strategic/Leadership training
Working conditions
- Should be open to work beyond shift timings ensuring the deliverables are not impacted.
- Should be open to travel extensively for executing the job responsibilities of conducting field training and audit to multiple states.
Technical / Physical requirements
Job location: Hyderabad / Hub location project location with on-field >15 days/month Timings: General shift (9:30 am to 6:00 pm) Workdays: 6 days a week
