Job Description
Procurement Executive
- Buyer Purchase Buyer skills in Oracle (Oracle software knowledge)
- Supporting the team in head office in purchase related activities.
- Handling purchase/procurement activities & ensuring that plans are aligned with project requirements & as per the SLA.
Preparation of comparative statements for procurements.
- Create Purchase Orders in Oracle and follow-up with various approvers for PO releases and send the orders to vendors upon final approval and adhere to SLA.
- Invoice follow-up, follow up with vendors for delivery (on time follow-up for both domestic & import)
- Liaise with payment centre for various payment transactions (both import & domestic) Good knowledge on local taxes.
- Maintain Master Sheet for procurements and update on real time basis.
- Proactively look for new suppliers / vendors based on business requirements.
- Vendor creations for all prospective new vendorsRole & responsibilities
