Location: Gaighat, Patna

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source, attract, and select top talent
- Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR (Freshers are also welcome)
- Graduate degree in any field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices
