Shift: Dayshift 6 days working with rostered week off (Sunday will be working)
_Candidate should have minimum 2 to 9 years of sales experience in Sales (Real Estate)_
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives. They will lead a small team of sales representatives and develop relationships with key clients to expand business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
