Job Description:
- End to end recruitment ( sourcing , follow up with new joiners etc , effective use of job portal)
- Stakeholder management
- Maintaining reports / excels and adherence to timeliness of trackers / plans
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience - 0-2 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing
Minimum Education Qualification - MBA / PGDM
Preferable Knowledge- Proficiency in MS Office - word and excel , knowledge of recruitment tools , experience in various sourcing tools
1. Candidate with experience in stake- holder management .
2. Candidate presently working for any GI / LI/ HI/ Banking company will be best fit.
3. Those who can join immediately will be preferred.
