Job Description
About the job:
This is a highly-visible, high-impact role that requires a seasoned professional with a
deep understanding of various facet of digital marketing
Coordinate with senior management team, marketing head and clients for development
and implementation marketing strategies and revenue maximization
Shall define the vision / goal for marketing team and help the team to achieve the goals
Must have ability to analyse the data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
Google Ad-words, CRM, Google Data Studio, Social Media Platforms and form the data
driven strategy
Must have team lead experience in past with proven record of on-boarding, managing
and delivering results for digital marketing services
Shall execute, guide, and allocate different marketing tasks for self and with the help of
team viz. Email Marketing, Paid Media Marketing, SMM, SEO, Content Marketing etc.
Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and monthly performance meetings of
marketing team
Prepare and present report on weekly / monthly basis.
Shall attend weekly / monthly client meetings to help client & marketing team to
check progress and achieve the defined goals as per the SLAs
Shall have ability to deliver results by individual contribution and with the help of cross
functional team of digital marketers, SEO experts, social media analyst, designer, content
writers and developers
Work towards achieving the marketing goals/ KPIs and targets with the help of multi-
channel funnel viz. SEO On-page & off-page, website, social media, email, content
marketing etc.
Assist business development by providing inputs and plans for new digital marketing
client acquisition
Strategy and Competition analysis: Always look for new avenues for business growth and
undertake competition analysis on proactive basis
Skills and Qualifications:
MBA/PG in marketing or related field
8+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to work as part of a team and to lead team from the front
Always on top of marketing and digital marketing trends
Good to have certification in all or any platforms like - Google Analytics, Google Tag
Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Marketing and any
popular CRM platform like- Zoho, Sales Force, MS Dynamics etc.
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral)
- No fear for technology and out of the box madness to achieve the results
- Relevant experience as per above JD
- Ready to share / showcase past work/ portfolio with key results
- Creative bend of mind with go getter positive attitude
- Relevant certifications/ education with mind-set to learn fast forget past and always in search new mar-tech solutions
- Leadership / team lead role in present or past organization
- Client engagement and interaction experience, preferably for digital marketing services
- Business acumen to make data driven marketing and business decisions
- Have multitasked for group of companies/ multiple clients domestic and internal clients
