Clinical Nutrition Manager ( Area Business) @ Hexagon Nutrition

Job Description

Lead and manage the clinical nutrition division within the designated area, including setting strategic objectives, targets, and KPIs to achieve business goals.

1. Develop and implement business plans, sales strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and market share for clinical nutrition products.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and distribution partners, to expand our customer base and increase sales opportunities.
3. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the clinical nutrition sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management, to ensure high performance and productivity.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align business strategies and initiatives and meet customer needs.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity, and use this information to identify opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
6. Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, conferences, and educational events to promote our products, educate healthcare professionals, and generate leads.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
