Required Skills
A background in the commercial PC insurance industry knowledge and understanding of the Underwriting and Billing Workflows for US based PC Insurance Carriers
Expert Knowledge of the Majesco Billing Platform
Understanding of usability and user experience best practices Understanding of product lifecycle development
Ability to evaluate analyze and interpret the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
Familiarity with technologies utilized in the industry and the ability to see their impact Good consensus building skills Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear understandable way 
 Good communication and presentation skills
Strong background in applying agile methodologies and the use of Jira
Ability to establish credibility influence and effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders
Comfortable interacting and partnering at all levels across the organization
Technical Skills
SQL Proficiency Strong SQL skills to query databases and troubleshoot datarelated issues
ServiceNow Expertise Handson experience with ServiceNow including incident logging categorization workflow management and reporting
Data Management Basic understanding of data extraction and transformation processes
Spreadsheet Proficiency in Excel including creating functions and preparing exhibits
Coverage 1030 PM IST
