Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates" qualifications and fit for specific positions Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers Selection Process: Participate in interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by coordinating with various teams and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining candidate databases and documentation About.
