Assistant Manager - Payroll & Compliance @ Sunwells Oxygen India

Job Description

• Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
• Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
• Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all payroll processes.
• Prepare and provide payroll reports for audits, GST filing, and other purposes.
• Assist with payroll audits, providing required documentation and information.
• Expert in using payroll software and systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and other relevant compliance requirements.
• Notice period - 0 to 15 days preferable. Immediate joiners preferable.
• Male candidates preferable.
• Candidate with Hindi knowledgebut not mandatory
