: Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment cycle, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various sources like Job Portals, References, Head hunting etc. Build a network & database of candidates through research, references & headhunting. On-boarding Process: Assist in the Employee induction process, On-boarding and maintain employee files & database. Qualifications & Skill set: Graduate in Any Stream with 3+ years of experience in Recruitment
