Description This full-time Customer Service Representative position is located on-site in Bengaluru and requires someone who is adept in problem-solving and able to work independently. Daily tasks include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and accurately inputting customer orders. The successful candidate is expected to listen carefully to the customer, address their concerns regarding the product or service, and leave the impression that the company values their business.
