Description This full-time Customer Service Representative position is located on-site in Bengaluru and requires someone who is adept in problem-solving and able to work independently. Daily tasks include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and accurately inputting customer orders. The successful candidate is expected to listen carefully to the customer, address their concerns regarding the product or service, and leave the impression that the company values their business. Qualifications Undergraduate/Bachelors degree preferred Prior experience in customer service is preferred(added advantage) Excellent oral and written communication skills Fluent in English and Hindi(Mandate) Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work Basic knowledge of computer systems and software Patience, empathy, and attention to detail Ability to work independent and with a team Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new processes and information Ability to. work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with customers
