Job Description

This position will be for Managerial position for the eCommerce team in the Home Comfort Solutions business segment. Experience on SAP Hybris. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus. Lead the development of IT Digital Technology team using technologies like SAP Hybris, .NET, UI/UX, Mobile Apps. Leverage web technologies and integrate eCommerce systems and APIs. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Has a strong technical background, including application planning and architecture. Be able to. analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Work with both internal and external teams to ensure successful completion of projects. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional team members. Manage team members, plan resources, and hire and develop talent. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Align technology to support business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferred 13 to 17 years of relevant experience in digital environments. Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities and projects across varying brands or business units. Experience on SAP Hybris. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus. An individual with Magento, Big Commerce could also apply. Experience in Azure DevOps. Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential. Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities
