Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
Motherhood Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling our NICU Live solution to hospitals and doctors within your assigned territory. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth.
- Territory Management: Manage and develop a designated sales territory, including identifying key hospitals and doctors within the region. Ensure proper segmentation is done in identifying the partner hospitals and work on converting them to our clients for our NICU Live (eNICU) services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to effectively promote and sell the NICU Live (eNICU) service to hospitals and doctors. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying target customers, and formulating sales approaches.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and decision-makers. Build trust and rapport to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of NICU Live (eNICU) to them.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of NICU Live, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology and competition behaviour to effectively position our product. Understand prospects needs and pain points, and educate them through online presentations and demos on how NICU Live can help solve their business challenge.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the value proposition and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. Assist with organizing promotional events and CMEs to reach prospective customers.
- Negotiations and Closing Deals: Conduct negotiations with potential clients, addressing pricing, terms, and contractual agreements. Work closely with the sales team and legal department to ensure smooth and timely closure of deals.
- Sales Targets and Reporting: Set ambitious sales targets in coordination the management team and consistently achieve or exceed them. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards goals.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with the various internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support for clients. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Market Research: Stay informed about competitors' activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 4-8 Years
