Job Description

Should have 10-20 Years of experience in Sales role and at least 5 yrs experience from Real Estate industry is mandatory.


KEY JOB DELEVERABLES:

1. Channel Management & Distribution:

Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the dealers, Business development associates and distributors to assist them to promote the product.

2. Monitoring the performance of channel partners on sales and collections periodically.

3. Responsible for revenue generation through Channel Partners and consultants.

4. Setting up monthly/ annual sales targets for CP sales team and ensuring the execution in given time frame.

5. Responsible for CP Recruitment, Development, and execution of Joint CP activities.

6. Regular interaction with CPs and understands the need of the market, change tactics according to the market situations.

7. Direct and Train CPs to pitch the product rightly to the target market to achieve the overall sales plan and targets.

8. Planning and participation at Events and Exhibitions. Embarking on Joint Activities with CPs.

9. Maintaining data of all associates (national and international) and sourcing prospects through them.

10. Setting up monthly/ annual sales targets for CPs & ensuring the execution of sales in given time frame.

11. Delivering regular presentations on products and services to prospective clients and effectively negotiating difficult sales.

12. Delivering Successful presentations to Corporate/Investors to bring in Bulk Sales/Investments.

13. Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of targets.

14. Implemented sales programs/strategies to improve the product awareness and Product Penetration into markets.

15. Conducting Market research and collection of market intelligence from time to time and frame sales strategy.

1. Strong networking skills and ability to work with multiple teams to get work done

2. Process oriented

3. Good Team management skills

4. Ability to Understand, describe and correct processes basis ground reality

5. Good understanding of other function processes as well Eng. / Finance.
