Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead for Service Transition, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Service Transition projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and issue resolution plans.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Service Transition. Good To Have Skills:Solution Planning Costing & Pricing. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Experience in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
