Role Description:
Job Title: Divisional Sales Manager - Distribution
Function: Retail
Location: Bangalore
Sub function: Distribution
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Key Retailer activity through BTL.
Implement system & processes for sales.
Drive Contractor & Painter activities in network.
Planning of training module for On -Role & Off Role Manpower
for driving sales.
Drive primary & secondary sales through distributor network.
Candidate should be able to organize training and incentive
program for ground team for improving depth & width of
distribution.
Drive sales budgets (Key retailer Budgets) and motivate team.
Liaise between Head Office support functions to support sales
function at field.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification The candidate should be MBA (preff. Marketing)
Language English, Hindi, Kannada
Experience The candidate should have minimum 10-12 years sales experience in Bangalore market
Exposure to distribution business from FMCG, building materials
