Function : Retail
Role : ASM Manage & achieve sales volume , value & growth
targets of the a single Depot through a team of frontline
Sales Personnel. Tracking competition activities and local
Market trend. Expand wide retail distribution network with
in the territory and implement effective network management schemes. Will be in charge of independent responsibility of managing the Depot.
Prof. Qualification : Graduate + MBA (Mktg.)
Job Experience : ASM 10 - 15 years experience of hard core sales through
channel network, preferably in the paints or Building Material industry
Age Profile : ASM- 28-30 years
Personality traits :
a) Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having
sound managerial capability.
b) Customer friendly, Good in interpersonal relationship
c) Sound analytical skill and a Team Player
