Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment of a high caliber, professional, and diverse workforce for solutions fulfillment and passive pipeline fulfillment that aligns with VDart culture Create and implement recruitment strategies, guidelines, and processes. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc. Implement progressive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations to provide access to top-tier applicants Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with technology practice heads to understand hiring needs and achieve strategic talent objectives Lead the development and implementation of sustainable strategic recruitment and retention tactics and related action plans while implementing best practices to support the companys immediate and long-term hiring goals. . Develop strategies and processes that utilize both traditional and modern/current/innovative sources to utilize all possible talent pools available Actively seek out, organize and participate in job fairs, career expo, hiring events etc. and document all outreach efforts; develop and maintain outreach relationships and contacts with colleges and universities to recruit new talent Drive the organization to build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions Research, analyze, prepare, and present hiring statistics. Prepare reports, documenting activities, outcomes, challenges, and relevant statistics. Provide candidate quality screening as needed to gauge team effectiveness and improve client hiring ratios Assist with daily issue resolutions and ensuring appropriate job order coverage Prioritize recruiting projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment Ensure that interviewing, hiring, and selection processes comply with the companys policies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree and minimum of 8 years experience Minimum 5 years of successful and consistent recruiting performance Recruiting experience in IT consulting and solutions industry is an asset Must have experience in recruiting internal IT employees Must possess an evolving understanding of culture, pipeline, processes, protocols and service lines to source, recruit and hire top talent Prior Management Experience Required Must possess demonstrated leadership and team player characteristics Willingness to accept additional responsibilities Ability to work with people in a calm/efficient manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks Strong customer service skills Strong organizational and delegating skills Strong ability to mentor and support others Ability to meet deadlines and act with a sense of urgency
