With a fleet of 3,022 ambulances across 18 states in India and almost 10,000 employees, ZHL regularly partners with state governments and the National Health Mission (NHM) to operate the 108 ambulance service helpline for emergency medical services & 104 health helpline for health-related queries. ZHL provides turnkey solutions including ambulance on site, wellness at workplace, telehealth services, medical rooms, doctor on site & occupational health centers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai, India. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring personnel across multiple departments. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for developing employer branding. strategies and conducting orientation sessions for new hires. Qualifications Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring 8 plus years of relevant experience and minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation. Strong decision-making skills and the capability to guide the team through complex recruitment challenges Excellent communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders, hiring team, and external candidates. Strong understanding of employer branding and ability to develop effective strategies Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates Proficient in recruitment software and tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
